Moab

For my birthday, my husband surprised me with a weekend stay at the cutest bed & breakfast – Sunflower Hill, in Moab. Neither of us had ever been, so we really had a blast seeing the sights and playing with… our new camera! So, here comes a picture post!

We then went to dinner at the Sunset Grill. It’s a restaurant built from an old home that sits way up high on a hill and overlooks the city. It was a gorgeous view, not the greatest dinner we’ve ever had but quite possibly the most expensive. Don’t you hate when that happens!? Either way – the view was worth the experience.

The next day we went exploring. We stopped at the Colorado River, drove through Arches National Park and went to check out Dead Horse Point State Park! What a view.

Per BJ’s request, the caption for this photo is: “The name’s James… BobbyJames” (read in a James Bond voice only).

We can’t wait to go back this summer when it’s warmer and enjoy some kick-butt mountain biking! If you ever have the chance to visit Moab, do it! It’s a sight to be seen!
